Project sales manager (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Chelyabinsk)

Job responsibilities:

  • promotion of materials and technologies of Gydrozo in design organizations; 

  • inclusion of Gydrozo materials in the project documentation, support of projects; 

  • cooperation with the specialists of the sales department to ensure the application of the materials included in the project documentation in the course of construction; 

  • preparation of all necessary technical documentation on the materials of the company according to the corporate standards; 

  • quality control of the work performed by contractors with the use of Gydrozo materials. 


Requirements:    

  • higher technical education, maybe with no work experience but with the field-specific higher education or incomplete higher education (the last grade);

  • negotiation skills with top officials; 

  • prior experience working with the regions; 

  • purposefulness, competence, perseverance, responsibility, high trainability. 


Conditions:

  • renumeration: salary + %;

Division manager (Moscow)

Job responsibilities:

  • manages the sales of the company's products, develops customer base; 
  • organizes and supervises the work of sales managers; 

  • coordinates the development of prospective and current marketing plans; 

  • organizes the work on keeping, analyzing and systematization of the customer base; 

  • monitors the status of customer receivables and payables; 

  • develops criteria for the sales managers payment; 

  • analyzes the competitive market; 

  • organizes trainings for managerial staff (in cooperation with the development department); 

  • participates in the organization and holding of exhibitions; 

  • solves warranty issues on the product with customers, prepares the necessary documentation. 


Requirements:

  • higher technical education;

  • at least 2 years  working experience as a project manager, sphere manager, department manager or at least 5 years sales experience in B2B building materials; 

  • male/female, no less than  25 years old, Russian citizenship; 

  • positive thinking, good communication skills, high level of independent work on getting a team result, desire 

  • to grow with the company and grow as a leader. 


Conditions:

  • the salary is determined on the basis of an interview and depends on qualification level of the candidate;

  • bonus payment + sale fee + annual bonus; 

  • registration under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation from the first day of work;
